1. Introduction

Welcome to let-it-beads.com. The service is provided by Anastasiia Myroshnyk. By purchasing tickets for our creative workshops through this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Workshop Registration

  • All workshop registrations are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

  • let-it-beads.com reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel any booking at our discretion.

 

3. Payments

  • Payments for workshops must be made in full at the time of booking.

  • We accept credit and debit cards.

  • We accept PayPal payments.

  • All prices are listed in Czech crowns and include payment provider's fee.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours and more before the workshop date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop date are non-refundable.

  • In the event of a workshop cancellation by let-it-beads.com, a full refund or an option to reschedule will be provided.

 

5. Changes to Workshops

  • let-it-beads.com reserves the right to make changes to the workshop schedule, content, or instructors as necessary. We will notify participants of any significant changes in advance.

 

6. Participant Conduct

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during the workshops.

  • let-it-beads.com reserves the right to remove any participant who is disruptive or fails to comply with these terms without refund.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided during the workshops are the intellectual property of let-it-beads.com or the respective instructors and are for personal use only.

  • Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

 

8. Liability

  • let-it-beads.com is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the workshops.

  • Participants agree to release let-it-beads.com from any claims or liabilities arising from their participation in the workshops.

 

9. Privacy

  • let-it-beads.com is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

 

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your participation in the workshops will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Czech Republic.
